Storage barrels

A large pair of lidded barrels. The interiors to the splendid barrels are neatly lined with thick grey card and were probably used for holding dried flower parts, leaves, herbs etc ‘Flores Graminis and Herba Absinthii’ for medicinal purposes and aromatherapy. These days they can easily stand alone as statement decorative objects or equally useful as laundry bins, or even bedside tables. Substantial original condition.
