An English Regency wall mirror. This sumptuous mirror is decorated with a series of 34 gilded spheres set around the wide concave frame. The gilded surface has the most charismatic appearance with subtle wear to the original gold leaf. A reeded ebonised slip frames the beautiful original convex mirror plate. A fine example of a mirror with this particular design. Regency wall mirror circa 1820.
